Our local representative supported a dealer in analysing the needs of a well-known Italian company with offices on four continents. The company specializes in electrical and mechanical design, construction, assembly and maintenance, automation and robotics, plant piping, integrated logistics, and intralogistics.
The customer needs to maintain and clean moulds with water and degreasing products.
For this reason, we decided to offer a HANDY PLUS manual lift with customized stainless steel equipment, complete with a 360° rotation system on the longitudinal axis via a manual handwheel protected by an AISI 304 stainless steel casing. The guide plate is complete with stainless steel protection and Delrin profiles.
This lift allows the operator to approach the machine to pick up the mould, move it to the sinks, rotate it sideways for 360° washing, and store it inside the cabinet.
