Customer: company that manufactures metal moulds for the engineering industry
Requirement: pick-up and handling of steel moulds inside machinery for production of parts for the engineering industry
Analysis: after an on-site inspection of the production area, assessed the lifting height requirements and capacity and compact spaces in which operators must move to pick up and position various moulds.
Solution: supplied a special version of the Bingo XL lifter without forks but with a jib crane equipped with a hook. The chassis is modified by enlarging the clearance inside 600 mm spokes. The capacity is downgraded to 110 kg to ensure safe handling of moulds up to a height of 2300 mm.
